10. Limitation of Liability

• Loss of data, business, or profits

• Damages caused by third-party services or hosting platforms

• Issues caused by misuse or unauthorized changes by the client

• Legal or financial losses due to app malfunction post-deployment if not covered under maintenance

Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service.

• Failures or limitations of third-party platforms

• Changes in third-party service terms or pricing

• Security breaches due to third-party integrations

• The client is responsible for payment of work completed to date

• Any unused portion of the contract may be forfeited
